24th FOOD BUSINESS FORUM® 2026 is one of Poland’s most important business events for the foodservice and HoReCa industry. This year’s edition will take place on 21 September 2026 at Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw, bringing together restaurateurs, investors, venue owners, buyers, managers, and suppliers of products, technologies, and services for the foodservice sector.
The conference programme focuses on the key challenges and development trends shaping the HoReCa market. Main topics will include building and adapting next-generation teams, the outlook for the foodservice market and consumer behaviour, technologies that improve profitability, new food hall and food court formats, and the strength of brands in an increasingly competitive environment. Participants will be able to attend expert presentations, debates, and panel discussions featuring representatives of leading companies and foodservice brands.
One of the key elements of the event is Business Speed Dating – individual meetings between suppliers and buyers, owners, and investors responsible for purchasing, equipment, modernisation, and new investments in restaurant chains and major independent venues. This format provides direct access to decision-makers and creates opportunities to build concrete business relationships.
Running alongside the conference will be a HoReCa supplier exhibition, offering a dedicated space to showcase current products, equipment, technologies, and services. Networking in the conference foyer and the Business Mixer will also play an important role, encouraging knowledge exchange, discussions about market needs, and the development of new partnerships.
The event will conclude with a formal dinner and the Supplier of the Year and Food Business Awards Gala, recognising companies and solutions that make a significant contribution to the development of the foodservice and HoReCa market in Poland.
