Modern Warehouse 2026 is the 18th edition of one of Poland’s key industry events dedicated to logistics, warehousing, and modern supply chains. The congress will take place on 26–27 October 2026 in Katowice and Chrzanów. The conference will be held at Courtyard by Marriott Katowice City Center, while the second day will include a study visit to the Dan Cake Polonia Logistics Centre in Chrzanów.
This year’s edition is held under the theme “Transformation of the TSL Sector: Technology, Geopolitics and Intelligent Supply Chains” and focuses on practical implementations that are already reshaping warehouses, transport, and supply chain operations. Key topics include warehouse automation, AI in WMS, AGV/AMR systems, Goods-to-Person solutions, micro-fulfillment, intermodal transport, decarbonisation, compliance, CBAM, and cyber resilience.
Modern Warehouse is aimed primarily at leaders in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and technology who are responsible for investment and operational decisions. The programme is designed to answer practical questions: what is actually worth implementing, when an investment starts to pay off, how to assess ROI and TCO, and which risks should be considered before making a decision.
The event strongly emphasises practical discussion rather than standard presentations. Around 70% of the programme will use interactive formats such as Case Talks, War Stories, ROI Clinics, debates, and roundtables. These will be complemented by short firestarter presentations intended to open discussion rather than replace it.
One of the key highlights will be the study visit to the Dan Cake Polonia Logistics Centre, where participants will see automated pallet flows, a high-bay warehouse, WMS integration with warehouse automation, and outbound preparation processes in operation.
Modern Warehouse 2026 is designed for professionals who want to look at logistics not only through the lens of technology, but also through cost, risk, operational resilience, and the real financial impact of logistics decisions.
