Forum Profit Hotel 2026

20th PROFIT HOTEL® 2026 Hotel Market Forum is the anniversary edition of one of Poland’s most important business meetings for the hotel and HoReCa industry. The event will take place on 7 December 2026 at Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw, bringing together hoteliers, investors, property owners, buyers, managers, and suppliers of products, technologies, and services for the HoReCa sector.

The Forum combines a conference, networking, industry exhibition, Business Speed Dating, and an evening awards gala. The programme focuses on key challenges facing the hotel market, including investment, property development and positioning, authentic hospitality, local identity, guest experience, and team management in the face of changing employee expectations.

One of the key elements of the event is Business Speed Dating – individual meetings between suppliers and buyers, owners, and investors directly responsible for purchasing, equipment, modernisation, and new investments in hotel chains and independent properties. This format gives suppliers the opportunity to present their offer directly to decision-makers and build concrete business relationships.

Running alongside the conference is a HoReCa supplier exhibition, providing a dedicated space to showcase products, equipment, technologies, and services for hotels. Networking in the conference foyer and the Business Mixer also play an important role, creating opportunities to exchange experience, discuss market needs, and develop new partnerships.

The event will conclude with the Supplier of the Year and PROFIT HOTEL® Awards Gala, recognising companies and solutions that make a significant contribution to the development of the hotel and HoReCa sector in Poland.
